About the role
A Lunexa Sales Pro grows Lunexa by originating qualifying recurring commercial accounts. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role — not a salaried position, and Lunexa does not guarantee earnings, six-figure income, or a minimum number of deals.
What you’ll do
- Prospect, qualify, and generate commercial opportunities
- Conduct business development and commercial discovery
- Run facility walkthroughs and capture service requirements
- Use Lunexa’s Quote IQ system to move qualified deals through scope, pricing, proposal, and agreement
- Present proposals, negotiate within approved terms, and close qualified recurring accounts
- Coordinate clean account onboarding and handoffs to Lunexa operations
- Maintain the commercial relationship at the appropriate sales level

Sales Pros own the commercial relationship: prospecting, discovery, walkthrough, scope, pricing through Quote IQ, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handoff. Lunexa operations fulfills the service. Sales Pros are not responsible for managing cleaning crews, building cleaner schedules, performing routine cleaning operations, administering billing, or personally resolving every service issue.
Quote IQ
Conduct the walkthrough, capture the facility and service requirements, and use Lunexa’s Quote IQ system to move qualified opportunities through scope, pricing, proposal, and agreement. Qualified deals can be priced and presented through the system; some opportunities may require admin pricing approval or readiness review before a binding proposal goes out.
How commission works
You earn an upfront acquisition commission plus ongoing residual commissions on qualifying collected recurring revenue from eligible commercial accounts you originate.
Vested residuals
Qualifying residual commissions you earned on eligible accounts you originated may continue after you leave Lunexa while those accounts keep producing qualifying collected recurring revenue. We call these vested residuals — not “lifetime residuals.” Vested financial rights and operational app access are separate: a former Sales Pro with vested residual rights does not retain Sales dashboard, CRM, customer PII, Quote IQ, proposal, or contract authority.
Prospecting & lead generation
Identify and qualify potential commercial customers (offices, medical/dental, restaurants, retail, property management, and more) that may benefit from recurring Lunexa commercial cleaning.
CRM & activity documentation
Track your activity, contacts, and pipeline through Lunexa so work is transparent and attributable.
Professional conduct
Represent Lunexa honestly, avoid misleading claims, and follow applicable rules and Lunexa standards.
Training & onboarding
Complete Sales onboarding and orientation before representing Lunexa in the field.

What are the commission rates?
Commission rates, schedules, eligibility, and chargeback rules are confirmed in your rep agreement and the canonical Lunexa rules in effect. They are not advertised here.
Do I need sales experience?
Relevant relationship-building or sales experience helps, but requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
