House Cleaning in Manhattan, NY

Cleaning in Manhattan is half logistics. Most doorman buildings want a certificate of insurance on file before anyone comes up, service elevators get booked in advance, and a prewar Upper West Side apartment can have eleven-foot ceilings and one closet in the entire unit. Downtown condos are the opposite problem — newer, tighter, and finished in materials that punish the wrong cleaning product.

We carry insurance, we send the COI ahead, and we know which surfaces in a renovated kitchen will etch if you look at them wrong. Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, Chelsea, the Village, SoHo, Tribeca, Murray Hill, Hell's Kitchen and the Financial District.
